If you are getting the below error in Microsoft O365 or Office apps. " SIGN IN REQUIRED We can't upload or download your changes because your cached credentials have expired. " Then follow below steps to get this resolved. Close all office apps and then Open Run program Type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Wef and press enter. Delete everything in the folder. Restart the office app where you got this error. You will find that issue is resolved.
